Selected for the J-StarX Silicon Valley Extended Program On-Site Program
Tokoshié Inc. has been selected to participate in the J-StarX Silicon Valley Extended Program, part of J-StarX, an overseas entrepreneur development initiative organized by JETRO. Since October 2026, Tokoshié has been participating in the on-site program in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
The program is a practical acceleration program for Japanese startups seeking global expansion, providing continuous support from an intensive boot camp in Tokyo to market validation, investor outreach, and customer development in Silicon Valley.
During the domestic boot camp, participants learn about global strategy, customer understanding, go-to-market strategy, product-market fit, fundraising, and English pitching. Following pitch evaluations and other selection processes, approximately 8 to 12 startups are selected to participate in the Silicon Valley on-site program.
As one of the selected companies, Tokoshié is staying in San Francisco and Silicon Valley from October 5 to 30, 2026. During the program, we are meeting with venture capital firms and investors, approaching local companies and potential customers, holding discussions with prospective partners, receiving mentoring, and participating in networking activities as we explore opportunities for business expansion in the U.S. market.
As part of the program, Tokoshié also participated in the Japan Startups Showcase held on October 15.
At the event, CEO Tatsunori Watanabe delivered a 30-second elevator pitch introducing Ignite0, our AI-powered 3D design service. We also showcased Ignite0 at our booth, introducing the product to investors, local companies, and potential customers.
In addition, we exchanged ideas with participants about the potential of AI-powered 3D design in the manufacturing and robotics sectors, as well as possible applications in the U.S. market.
Through this program, Tokoshié is continuing to validate business opportunities for Ignite0 in the U.S. market while developing pilot programs with local companies and building relationships with investors and potential partners.
We aim to use the insights, connections, and opportunities gained through our activities in Silicon Valley to support the expansion of Ignite0 in North America and create new partnerships in the manufacturing and robotics sectors.
